Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 3316-1001 Rue Lucien L'allier, H3G 0G7, Montreal, Quebec.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions
Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@fineformclothing.com.
